Tension Calculation

Calculation of Spiral Conveyor

FORMULA :	T_WS = T_B × F_A
	T_WS in this unit means the tension calculation of spiral conveyor.
FORMULA :	T_B = [ 2 × R_O × M + ( L₁ + L₂ ) ] ( W_P + 2W_B ) × F_BW + ( W_P × H )
FORMULA :	T_A = B_S × F_S × F_T
	Please refer to Table F_T and Table F_S.

Practical Example

The comparison of T_A and T_B, and other related calculations are the same as other types of conveyors. There are certain restrictions and regulations on the design and construction of the spiral conveyor.
